This delicious treat can be eaten almost every day (even if you shouldn’t) because it is a healthier option when it comes to desserts.
With only 3 ingredients, it is super easy to make and I bet, it won’t last long!
Ingredients:
- 180 grams of peanutbutter (homemade is the best)
- 4 rice cakes, chrushed
- 120 grams of dark chocolate (I didn’t have enough dark chocolate so ended up mixing some white chocolate, which gave it a nice marble effect)
- Optional – chrushed peanuts for topping (I didn’t have peanuts so I skipped it on mine)
Crush the rice cakes into small pieces and mix in the peanutbutter. Spread out on a small dish (or use muffin tins of you want to have serving portions).
Melt the hot chocolate and drizzle over.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Enjoy!
